All bookings through PT Solo Travel Girlsย  are subject to the following Terms & Conditions (T&Cโ€™s)

PT Solo Travel Girls is a small Travel Agency that allows users to research, find and book travel experiences throughout Indonesia. PT Solo Travel Girls offers a variety of tours and services (โ€œProductsโ€) made available by the Solo Travel Girls team and its partners and related applications (collectively, this โ€œWebsiteโ€).The terms “we”, “us”, “our” and “Solo Travel Girls” refer to Solo Travel Girls. The term “you” refers to you, the customer and/or party leader who is responsible for the booking/group.

Please read through the Terms & Conditions carefully before proceeding to submit your booking. These terms and conditions including all brochures, documents, correspondence and terms and conditions of our suppliers form the base of the contract with you. By submitting your booking, you represent to us that you have the authority to make the booking on behalf of your party and that you accept, on behalf of you and/or your party, that the booking is subject to these Terms and Conditions. A contract exists as soon as booking is complete. Please be aware that these terms and conditions contain waivers of liability as well as waiver of class action and venue selection and notice clauses. By creating your booking you are accepting all of the Terms and Conditions laid out below and acknowledging that you have read the Terms of this contract and agree with them.

This website is provided to assist customers in gathering travel excursion information and searching for and booking reservations for Products, and for no other purposes. This Website and the Products made available on this Website are offered to you conditioned upon your acceptance without modification of any/all the terms, conditions, and notices set forth below (collectively, the “Agreement”). By accessing or using this Website in any manner, you agree to be bound by the Agreement and represent that you have read and understood its terms. Please read the Agreement carefully, as it contains information concerning your legal rights and limitations on these rights, as well as a section regarding applicable law and jurisdiction of disputes. If you do not accept all of these terms and conditions, please do not use this Website or book a Product. In all booking arrangements, the person making the booking shall be deemed to have accepted this Agreement on behalf of the persons named in the booking.

We may change or otherwise modify the Agreement in the future, and you understand and agree that your continued access or use of this Website after such change signifies your acceptance of the updated or modified Agreement. We will note the date that revisions were last made to the Agreement at the bottom of this page, and any revisions will take effect upon posting. We will notify our members of material changes to these terms and conditions by either sending a notice to the email address provided to us at registration or by placing a notice on our Website. Be sure to return to this page periodically to review the most current version of the Agreement.

AS A USER OF THIS WEBSITE, YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT: (1) NEITHER SOLO TRAVEL GIRLS NOR ITS AFFILIATES OR PARTNERSย  WILL HAVE ANY LIABILITY TO YOU OR OTHERS FOR ANY UNAUTHORISED TRANSACTIONS MADE USING YOUR PASSWORD OR ACCOUNT; AND (2) THE UNAUTHORISED USE OF YOUR PASSWORD OR ACCOUNT COULD CAUSE YOU TO INCUR LIABILITY TO BOTH SOLO TRAVEL GIRLS AND OTHER USERS.

By submitting your booking, you represent to us that you have the authority to make the booking on behalf of your party and that you accept, on behalf of you and/or your party, that the booking is subject to these Terms and Conditions. A contract exists as soon as booking is complete.

The terms “we”, “us”, “our” and “Solo Travel Girls” refer to Solo Travel Girls and its partners and affiliates. The term “you” refers to you, the customer and/or party leader who is responsible for the booking/group.

Product & Booking policy:

By booking one of our services or products through Solo Travel Girls, you acknowledge that you accept our Terms & Conditions.

  • You agree that you are 18 years of age or older, and that you have legal authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of yourself/and your party. 
  • Nobody under the age of 18 years old is allowed on our Group Tours – we only accept under 18โ€™s on some of our day trips – please ensure to read the trip notes regarding age limits.
  • We frequently take photos and videos of customers, and have external apps set up for tour participants to share their photos and videos in of both adults and children under 16 years old. We reserve the right to use all of these both our personal captured ones and anyhting shared in our photo sharing apps in our brochures, social media and in any other promotional material as desired. You agree that we may use such images in promotional, advertising or publicity material in any format whatsoever. You further agree that any copyright rests with such authorised parties only.
  • It is the responsibility of you – the participant(s) to ensure you are physically fit, able to participate, and in good general health both before and during participation in all our tours. At the time of booking, participants are required to disclose any illness or disability (including, but not limited to diabetes, epilepsy, asthma, heart condition, recent injuries, hearing impairment, visual impairment) that may affect their ability to participate.
  • Participants must bring any necessary medication with them and ensure that our staff are made aware of said medication and its required method(s) of administration.
  • Be advised that some of the activity locations are remote and/or isolated.
  • The Company reserves the right to refuse any booking on the grounds that a medical condition may be potentially detrimental to the safety and normal operation of the trip, as well as other participants when applicable.
  • Upon booking with Solo Travel Girls, you confirm that all participants have their own insurance, covering all activities and locations visited on the trips. Which should cover, medical, surgical and dental and additional expenses, baggage, loss of money, personal accident and personal liability throughout Indonesia. 
  • Most of the time travelling is completely safe but at times, injuries and problems may occur. Solo Travel Girls is not liable or responsible for any personal injury to, or the death of any participant during time on the tour / trip / bespoke package. Furthermore, Solo Travel Girls is not held responsible for accidental injury or death caused by another party. In addition, Solo Travel Girls is NOT liable for death, injury or illness caused by an activity beyond that of the Companyโ€™s activities.
  • Solo Travel Girls does not accept claims for medical bills or expenses arising from the medical treatment of its customers.
  • Any false or fraudulent bookings are prohibited.
  • Online payment can be made by credit card or paypal in conjunction with the submission of a completed registration form. Registration will not be accepted without payment of an agreed deposit. Participation on a tour/trip/bespoke package will not commence until the agreed payment has been made in full.

Pricing & Inclusions/Exclusions

  • Prices advertised on the website are per person, unless otherwise specified.
  • Prices are based on the local tariff at the time of quoting, converted at the prevailing foreign-exchange rate as determined by Solo Travel Girls
  • Prices are not guaranteed until booking is confirmed and are subject to change without notice.
  • Unless stated, prices do not include any local taxes or use-fees, including foreign departure, security, port charges, park fees, customs, immigration, agricultural, passenger-facility charges or international transportation tax.
  • Prices do not include tips/gratuities to our  drivers or local guides; passport and visa fees; baggage and personal insurance; any items of a personal nature; taxes or duties; and any beverages or food unless specifically stated on the  “whatโ€™s included” section on the product page.

Modifications & Amendments :

We will try to be flexible with regards to customerโ€™s requested amendments and/or modifications to our standard products and services. However we cannot guarantee that any specific amendments and/or modifications will be incorporated. 

  • From time to time our team and/or service providers make changes to tour dates, inclusions, prices, coverage, age requirements, and other features and/or requirements.
  • As a result, Solo Travel Girls Tours reserves the right to cancel, change or substitute any service, tour, ticket or product that you have booked with Solo Travel Girls, at any time, for any reason. In such circumstances, if you are dissatisfied with the alternative options offered, you are entitled to a full refund of the original purchase price (except in the case of bespoke services).
  • We will always try to keep to the original advertised itinerary although sometimes some situations may be beyond our control and we have to change activities, if this happens we always substitute activites with an equal priced activity. No complaints, or refunds may be requested in this case. 

Any requests for modifications and amendments by โ€˜youโ€™ the customer  to your booking must be emailed to Solo Travel Girls, where our customer care team will process your request.

Day Trips & Bespoke Packages

  • Solo Travel Girls cannot guarantee date-change requests but we will always try our hardest to accommodate all requests but these will be subject to availability by our team/service suppliers.
  • Solo Travel Girls does not charge a fee to amend or change the dates of an existing โ€˜Day Tripโ€™ or โ€˜Bespoke Day Trip’ booking, providing the request is received by our Customer Care team more than three (3) working days ahead of your confirmed travel date. (Please note our working days excludes Saturdays and Sundays).
  • If you request a date change within three (3) working days or less from your confirmed travel date you will be subject to an additional fee to make any modifications or amendments to your booking / product.
  • Any discounts, special offers or promotions utilised at the time of booking with Solo Travel Girls may be invalidated by making post purchase amendments / modifications to your booking. Solo Travel Girls reserves the right to invalidate any discounts, special offers or promotional rates if you make changes to the confirmed booking / itinerary after purchasing.

Multi Day Tours – This covers any tour that is more than 1 Day. 

  • Solo Travel Girls cannot guarantee date-change requests but we will always try our hardest to accommodate all requests but these will be subject to availability by our team/service suppliers.
  • Solo Travel Girls does not charge a fee to amend or change the dates of an existing Multi Day Tours, providing the request is received by our Customer Care team more than seven (14) working days ahead of your confirmed travel date. (*Please note our working days excludes Saturdays and Sundays).
  • If you request a date change within seven (14) working days or less from your confirmed travel date you will be subject to an additional fee to make any modifications or amendments to your booking / product.
  • Any discounts, special offers or promotions utilised at the time of booking with Solo Travel Girls may be invalidated by making post purchase amendments / modifications to your booking. Solo Travel Girls reserves the right to invalidate any discounts, special offers or promotional rates if you make changes to the confirmed booking / itinerary after purchasing.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel a booking/reservation made through Solo Travel Girls, our cancellation policy specific to different trip types is as stated:

  • No refunds are available once a tour or service has commenced, or in respect of any package, accommodation, meals or any other services utilised.
  • When cancelling a booking, you will be notified via email, telephone or by text message of the total refund amount you will receive, if any.

Cancellations by you:

The standard cancellation policy for Solo Travel Girls Day Trips and Bespoke Day Trips is:

  • If booking is cancelled prior to 3 (three) working days in advance of the start date for the experience a 100% refund will be issued (minus any payment processing fees) and unless otherwise at time of booking.
  • If a booking is cancelled within 3 days of the start date of the experience you will receive no refund.
  • There will be no refunds once the experience has started. If you donโ€™t participate in any activities for any reason, no refunds will be issued.
  • Solo Travel Girls will allow you to change dates once under the conditions stated above. If you fail to make contact and have not arrived by the agreed start date, we are entitled to treat the booking as having been cancelled.
  • Bookings cancelled and rebooked in a promotional period with a discount will be void of any savings and original price will be charged.
  • As we process bookings worldwide the final value of the transaction may be subject to taxes, duties, foreign transaction, currency exchange or other fees. Some bank or credit or debit card company may convert the payment into the local currency and charge fees, resulting in differences between the amount paid to Solo Travel Girls and Solo Travel Girls-affiliated websites, and the final amount charged to your bank account or credit or debit card statement.

The standard cancellation policy for  Solo Travel Girls 10-Day Tours

  • If booking is cancelled at least 60 days a 50% cancellation fee will apply. Alternatively we will hold your deposit in our system to travel with us on a future date.
  • If a booking is cancelled within less that 60 days of the start date of the experience you will receive no refund.
  • Any request of cancellation must be made in writing and acknowledged by Solo Travel Girls.
  • There will be no refunds once the experience has started. If you donโ€™t participate in any activities for any reason, no refunds will be issued.
  • Solo Travel Girls does not charge a fee to amend or change the dates of an existing 10 Day Tour, providing the request is received by our Customer Care team more than seven (60) working days ahead of your confirmed travel date. (*Please note our working days excludes Saturdays and Sundays).
  • If you request a date change within seven (60) working days or less from your confirmed travel date we cannot guarantee this will be accepted and you will be subject to an additional fee to make any modifications or amendments to your booking / product.
  • Solo Travel Girls will allow you to change dates once under the conditions stated above. If you fail to make contact and have not arrived by the agreed start date, we are entitled to treat the booking as having been cancelled.
  • Bookings cancelled and rebooked in a promotional period with a discount will be void of any savings and original price will be charged.
  • As we process bookings worldwide the final value of the transaction may be subject to taxes, duties, foreign transaction, currency exchange or other fees. Some bank or credit or debit card company may convert the payment into the local currency and charge fees, resulting in differences between the amount paid to Solo Travel Girls and Solo Travel Girls affiliated websites, and the final amount charged to your bank account or credit or debit card statement.

The standard cancellation policy for Solo Travel Girls Multi Day Tours *excluding 10 day tours

  • If booking is cancelled for at least 14 days a 50% cancellation fee will apply. Alternatively we will hold your deposit in our system to travel with us on a future date.
  • If a booking is cancelled within less than 14 days of the start date of the experience you will receive no refund.
  • Any request of cancellation must be made in writing and acknowledged by Solo Travel Girls.
  • There will be no refunds once the experience has started. If you donโ€™t participate in any activities for any reason, no refunds will be issued.
  • If you request a date change within seven (14) working days or less from your confirmed travel date we cannot guarantee this will be accepted and you will be subject to an additional fee to make any modifications or amendments to your booking / product.
  • Solo Travel Girls will allow you to change dates once under the conditions stated above. If you fail to make contact and have not arrived by the agreed start date, we are entitled to treat the booking as having been cancelled.

Cancellations by us:

  • Solo Travel Girls reserves the right to cancel any booking of any of our products (day trips/ multi day tours / 10 day tours / solo travel girls / bespoke products) at any time prior to departure if, due to terrorism, natural disasters, political instability or other external events it is not viable for us to operate the planned itinerary.
  • In the unfortunate event that we cancel your trip, you can transfer amounts paid to an alternative start date or in circumstances where cancellation is due to external events outside our reasonable control, refunds will be given less any unrecoverable expenses. 
  • Solo Travel Girls is not responsible for any incidental expenses that you may have incurred as a result of your booking including, but not limited to, visas, vaccinations, travel insurance excess or non-refundable flights.
  • For our group trips, in the very rare event that we do not receive the minimum number of bookings to provide the trip, it is at our discretion we may be entitled to cancel or modify the trip at any time up to 3 days prior to the start date and we will always move you to the nearest group so as not to disrupt your plans too much. If it is not possible for you to participate in a trip with a different start date we will give a full refund, however you shall not be entitled to make any claim for loss arising as a consequence of cancellation or curtailment in these circumstances.

No cancellation fees for all our products available will be waived as a result of the following:

  • No refund will be issued for bad weather once the tour has started. However, if the weather is so bad that the tour cannot start then we will work to reschedule for you or issue a voucher for a future date.
  • No refund will be issued for change in activities / accomadations or itineraries.
  • No refund will be issued for injury or sickness
  • No refund will be issued for delayed, rescheduled or missed flights
  • No refund will be issued for climatic, social or political problems
  • No refund will be issued for Pandemics, Epidemics, Bird flu, Swine flu, SARS, Leprosy or similar.
  • No refunds are offered for completed trips / tours / products purchased through Solo Travel Girls, if for any reason you have any problems or complaints please get in touch with our customer service team immediately so that we can modify the arrangements on the day / tour to meet your needs & requests.

You may be able to have your cancellation fees refunded by your Travel Insurance Company depending on their terms โ€“ thatโ€™s why itโ€™s also very important you arrange travel insurance before coming on tour!Solo Solo Trave;
