With our group tours what you see is what you get – no sneaky hidden fees or extra costs for certain activities.

All of your accommodation, transport and activities are included! Plus your airport transfer from the airport / accommodation to start the tour. 

On top of that you’ll have one of our local legend group leaders with you throughout the whole trip! – You couldn’t ask for a better Bali bestie if you tried!

Any meals or drinks not listed in the inclusions, flights to and from Bali, travel insurance and visa fees.

Can I change the date of my tour?

Yes. Please let us know at least 30 days before your trip start date via email and we will happily move you to another date free of charge (subject to availability). If the date isn’t available or you aren’t sure when you actually want to change, we can make your booking open date so you can use it when you would like 🙂 

If you wish to change your tour date within 30 days of the start date there will be a fee of £200/$400 to cover the costs we will face for the changes. *Additional fees may apply depending on when you wish to change to.

Please note – no changes can be made within 7 days of the start date.

Can I change to a different tour?

Ofcourse! All you’ve got to do is let us know at least 30 days before your trip start date and we will happily move you to another tour free of charge (subject to availability). Please note if you are changing the tour to a tour with a higher price you will have to pay the difference. Not sure which tour is for you? We can make your booking open-dated and you can come back to us when you know which one you want to join.

Deposits

Secure your tour with a deposit from as little as £99. This will guarantee you a place on the requested tour. The full amount must be paid 1 month before the tour start date. 

If you are booking within 30 days of the start date you’ll need to pay in full when you make the booking. 

Please note – deposits are non-refundable.

Can I pay in instalments?

Yes you can! Once you’ve paid your deposit you can simply log into the Manage My Booking area and make flexible payments whenever you wish. Just remember the total payment needs to be paid in full at least 30 days before your start date.

Travel insurance is compulsory for all of our tours and you will be asked to present this to your group leader on the first day of the tour (via phone or print out is ok) without travel insurance you will not be permitted on the tour.

You must be aged 20 or over by the time of the start of the tour.

If you are arriving before the start date of the tour we can help to book you in at the hotel where the trip starts, and as for after the tour your amazing group leader will be on hand to help you with future travel plans be it your hanging around out final destination a bit longer or off explore other parts of Indonesia.

If you are arriving on the day of the tour or 2 days before the tour start date we can arrange complimentary airport pick up to bring you to the first hotel for the tour. One of our friendly drivers will be in touch via whatsapp and waiting for your arrival at the airport holding a board with the Bali & Beyond Tours logo on it.

It is up to you to check the visa and entry requirements, these vary depending on your nationality and length of stay. Please check the relevant consulate or embassy website well in advance so you are organised with the correct visa for your stay.

We’ll be honest it doesn’t really make much difference if you have a backpack or suitcase. The main thing and probably the hardest thing to stick to is not to bring too much stuff! Trust us you don’t need 20 pairs of shorts … and as we go  along the tours there’s always places to do laundry so don’t overthink it too much.

Well we’ll let you in on a little secret … travelling solo as part of a group trip to a new destination is probably one of the best choices you can make in life! You’ll make new friends (who all love to travel – hello future adventures), create the best memories and just be open to a whole new way of experiencing travelling. 

And the best part is – the majority of people on our tours are exactly the same – fellow solo travellers. Before all our trips we’ll add you to a group chat where you can start getting to know each other – who knows you might even be on the same flight together?

And if you are travelling with friends/ or a partner just let us know once you’ve made the booking and we will make note and make sure you’re in the same room!

Your safety is our priority on all our trips. Of Course we want you all to join us on our trips but we also want to ensure that you are going to be healthy and safe for the trip. 

If you have any special medical requirements it is your responsibility to let us know. If required for both physical and mental conditions we may ask for a letter from your Doctor that states you are fit to participate. 

For people with special dietary requirements we do our best to cater to everyone, most restaurants we go to cater to a variety of different dietary requirements. We cannot guarantee every restaurant will but in this case our guide can help advise you on other food options in the area.
