All bookings made through PT Solo Travel Girls (“Solo Travel Girls”, “we”, “us”, “our”) are subject to the following Terms & Conditions. By booking a tour, day trip, bespoke experience, payment plan, or other travel product (“Product”), you (“participant”, “guest”, “customer”) agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions..

A contract exists once a booking has been completed and the required deposit or payment has been received and accepted by Solo Travel Girls.

The person making the booking confirms they have authority to accept these Terms & Conditions on behalf of all participants within their booking.

These Terms & Conditions, together with booking confirmations, trip notes, supplier terms, brochures and correspondence form the basis of the agreement between you and Solo Travel Girls.

Any requests relating to cancellations, refunds, date changes, booking amendments, name changes, complaints, or other important booking matters must be submitted in writing via email.

Business hours are Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm Bali Time (WITA / UTC+8) excluding public holidays.

Emails received outside business hours, including weekends and public holidays, will be treated as received on the next business day.

Participants should take this into account when making time-sensitive requests.

Participants must be at least 18 years old to participate in group tours unless otherwise stated.

Bookings are considered confirmed once the required deposit or payment has been received and accepted by Solo Travel Girls.

Any remaining balance must be paid by the communicated payment deadline.

Solo Travel Girls reserves the right to cancel bookings, release reserved spaces, remove participants from tours, or refuse participation where balances remain unpaid.

Participation on any tour cannot commence until required payments have been completed.

Solo Travel Girls reserves the right to cancel any booking suspected to be false, fraudulent, misleading, or made in breach of these Terms & Conditions.

Solo Travel Girls is not responsible for exchange rate differences, international bank charges, card fees, foreign transaction fees, or other costs imposed by third-party payment providers.

Promotions, discounts, ambassador codes, referral offers, and reduced pricing applied at booking may become invalid following amendments, transfers, cancellations, or booking changes.

You must be aged 20 or over by the time of the start of the tour.

Solo Travel Girls may offer payment plans on selected tours.

Where a payment plan is selected:

• A £99 non-refundable deposit is required to secure eligible bookings
• Deposits are deducted from total trip cost
• Deposits may be transferable once, subject to policy and availability
• Price differences may apply
• Payment schedules and final balance deadlines vary depending on departure date and tour type and are displayed at checkout and booking confirmation.

By selecting a payment plan, participants authorise Solo Travel Girls to process future scheduled payments using the payment method provided.

Participants are responsible for ensuring payment details remain valid and updated.

Failure to complete scheduled payments may result in cancellation of the booking and standard cancellation terms will apply.

Solo Travel Girls reserves the right to retry unsuccessful payments and contact participants regarding outstanding balances.

Solo Travel Girls may take photos and videos during tours.

Participants agree these may be used in marketing, social media, advertising and promotional materials unless written notice is provided before travel.

Participants are responsible for ensuring they are physically fit and medically able to participate in tour activities.

Medical conditions, injuries, disabilities, allergies, or other relevant health information that may affect participation should be disclosed before travel.

Participants must carry required medication.

Some activities and locations may be remote or isolated.

Participants may be required to provide emergency contact information before travel.

Participation in all activities is undertaken at the participant’s own risk.

Comprehensive travel insurance is mandatory for all participants for the entire duration of travel.

Insurance should include:

• Emergency medical treatment and hospitalisation
• Medical evacuation and repatriation
• Personal accident and personal liability
• Trip cancellation and interruption
• Lost or stolen belongings
• All destinations visited
• All activities included within the itinerary
• By booking, participants confirm they hold suitable travel insurance meeting these requirements.

Solo Travel Girls does not provide travel insurance and accepts no responsibility for costs or losses otherwise covered by insurance.

Travel and adventure activities involve inherent risks including but not limited to injury, illness, weather conditions, transportation incidents, ocean conditions, remote environments and third-party actions.

By participating, participants acknowledge and voluntarily accept these risks.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Solo Travel Girls shall not be liable for injury, illness, death, loss, delay or expense except where caused by proven gross negligence or wilful misconduct. or a partner just let us know once you’ve made the booking and we will make note and make sure you’re in the same room!

All tours and activities organised by Solo Travel Girls are delivered using independent third-party providers including but not limited to:

• Accommodation providers>
• Boat operators
• Fast boat companies
• Transport providers
• Drivers
• Guides
• Cruises
• Activity operators

These providers operate independently and remain responsible for their own operations, safety procedures and decisions.

Solo Travel Girls acts solely as organiser and facilitator and accepts no responsibility for acts, omissions, negligence or operational decisions of independent third parties.

Activities including ocean transport and marine excursions remain subject to weather and sea conditions.

Participants are expected to behave respectfully towards staff, suppliers and fellow travellers.

Solo Travel Girls reserves the right to remove participants from tours without refund where behaviour is considered unsafe, disruptive, unlawful, aggressive, intoxicated, abusive, or negatively impacts the safety or enjoyment of others.

Participants may transfer bookings to another person subject to approval.

Requests must be submitted in writing and may be subject to supplier fees, administrative fees, notice periods or booking restrictions.

Certain tours require minimum participant numbers.

Where minimum numbers are not met Solo Travel Girls reserves the right to:

• Cancel
• Postpone
• Merge groups
• Offer alternative dates
• Offer travel credit
• Issue refunds

Solo Travel Girls reserves the right to modify accommodation, activities, transport, routes, itineraries or schedules where reasonably necessary due to:

• Safety considerations
• Weather conditions
• Supplier availability
• Operational requirements
• Circumstances outside reasonable control
• Equivalent alternatives will be provided where reasonably possible.

No refunds are available once travel has commenced.

Day Trips & Bespoke Experiences

• Full refund (minus payment processing fees) if cancelled at least 3 working days before departure
• No refund within 3 days

Multi-Day Tours (excluding 10–12 Day Tours)

• 50% cancellation fee if cancelled at least 14 days before departure
• No refund within 14 days

10–12 Day Tours

• 50% cancellation fee if cancelled at least 60 days before departure
• No refund within 60 days

No refunds, credits or compensation are available for:

• No shows
• Late arrivals
• Missed activities
• Leaving tours early
• Unused accommodation, meals, activities, transport or services

Participants may be able to recover costs through travel insurance.

Solo Travel Girls reserves the right to cancel tours due to:

• Safety concerns
• Severe weather
• Natural disasters
• Political unrest
• Operational requirements
• Insufficient participant numbers
• Circumstances outside reasonable control
• Alternative dates, travel credit, or refunds (less unrecoverable costs) may be offered.

Solo Travel Girls is not responsible for flights, visas, vaccinations or incidental expenses.

Solo Travel Girls shall not be liable for delays, changes, cancellations or inability to operate tours resulting from events outside reasonable control including severe weather, volcanic activity, transport disruption, natural disasters, epidemics, pandemics, government restrictions or political events.

Any concerns during travel should be raised immediately with Solo Travel Girls or tour staff so reasonable efforts can be made to resolve matters during travel.

Complaints raised only after completion of a tour may limit our ability to investigate or resolve the issue.

Participants are responsible for arriving at the designated meeting point and time.

Solo Travel Girls accepts no responsibility for delayed flights, missed transport, ferry disruption or late arrival.

Participants remain responsible for their personal belongings.

Solo Travel Girls accepts no responsibility for loss, theft or damage to personal property.

Affiliate programmes, ambassador discounts, referral offers and promotional codes may be amended, withdrawn or cancelled at any time.

Promotional codes cannot be applied retrospectively and may not be combined unless expressly stated.

Solo Travel Girls reserves the right to remove discounts where misuse, unauthorised sharing or fraudulent activity is identified.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Indonesia.
